Our team

Roberto Susi

Roberto Susi Roberto Susi serves as Principal and Broker of Axiom Capital Advisors, LLC. He is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and tenant representation. Prior to forming Axiom Capital Advisors, LLC, Mr. Susi was involved in leasing, purchasing and selling commercial real estate in the South Florida market. Mr. Susi has negotiated and structured numerous retail, restaurant and office leases in South Florida. With a strong passion for the mechanics in finding value for his clients, Mr. Susi has consistently increased his deal flow by nurturing relationships in the real estate field. Mr. Susi, along with his partners, created Axiom Capital Advisors, LLC to maximize the relationships and opportunities in the brokerage, advisory and investment arenas. Mr. Susi received a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing from the Florida International University and has since worked under some of the most prestigious and respected brokerage and real estate firms in South Florida.

Mario Grosfeld

Mario Grosfeld Mario Grosfeld received a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance degree from the University of Miami School of Business in 1983. In 1982 he received his Real Estate Salesman's License, and in 1987 his Broker License. Mr. Grosfeld has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business since 1981 when he took over management of nine buildings with over 100 residential rental units. In 1983 Mr. Grosfeld created GRO Development, Corp. for the purpose of developing real estate. In 1988 Mr. Grosfeld opened Gro Realty, Inc. a full service real estate Company. In 1989 Mario Grosfeld opened G & H Development Corp. to manage and develop existing and future real estate projects. Mario Grosfeld, through Triarch Investment Group, Inc. and other affiliated companies, currently control and manage over 4,500,000 square feet of real estate assets including retail shopping centers, office buildings and warehouses.

Jorge Linkewer

Jorge Linkewer Jorge Linkewer received a Bachelor and Masters of Architecture degree from Tulane University in 1990. He has been recognized in the field of architecture with awards including the John F. Kennedy Achievement in Architecture Award, City of New Orleans Award for the design of a new airport, and has been published in Popular Mechanics and various mass transit trade publications for his design of System 21, a mass transit train system developed in conjunction with NASA engineers. Mr. Linkewer joined Alda Construction, Inc. as Co-Owner in 1991, specializing in high-end residential and commercial construction. Mr. Linkewer is a principal in the architecture firm Halberstein/Linkewer & Associates, Inc.. Through Triarch Investment Group, Inc. and related entities, Mr. Linkewer has been directly responsible for the ownership, development and management of a real estate portfolio presently valued at over $600,000,000 and 4.5 million square feet. Mr. Linkewer holds professional licenses as a registered Architect and Real Estate Salesman.

Jose Sasson-Lerner

Jose Sasson-Lerner Mr. Sasson received a Bachelor in Business with a Minor in Finance from the University of Miami School of Business where he was awarded the George Merrick Scholarship. He graduated Magna Cum Laude - “top 10%” of his Class in 2010. After his graduation, Mr. Sasson did a yearlong internship at an international fashion company in Hong Kong, where he was in charge of production quality control in China. Upon his return to Miami, in 2011, Jose obtained his Real Estate Salesman’s License. Subsequently, he worked in Wealth Management for 5 years – first with BNP Paribas in Miami where he sat on the trading desk, trading structured products and then joined UBS Financial Services a year later where he was in charge of managing a $300,000,000 discretionary portfolio (Asset Allocation) and was part of one of the biggest UBS teams in the Miami Downtown office. Mr. Sasson decided to go back to his passion of Real Estate and joined Axiom Capital Advisors in 2018 focusing on acquisitions, dispositions and leasing.

Elad Barokas

Elad Barokas Elad Barokas received a Bachelor of Arts from The Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University in 2008. After graduating, Mr. Barokas moved to Antwerp, Belgium to join the family business and became an IGI Certified Diamond Grader. Mr. Barokas was part of a luxury brand in charge of developing and selling high end timepieces, diamonds and fine jewelry. Mr. Barokas spent many years participating in various international trade shows and visiting numerous manufacturing facilities in the Far East and Switzerland. After the sale of the company to an e-commerce giant, Mr. Barokas moved back to Miami, FL and received his Real Estate Sales Associate License in 2013. Upon joining Keller Williams agency in Aventura, FL that year, Mr. Barokas rapidly became the top producer commercial agent in the office- winning several awards and recognitions. Mr Barokas has since not only successfully brokered multi million dollar real estate deals but has also participated in acquiring properties for investments. By the end of 2022, following years of mutual interest and recruitment efforts, Mr. Barokas decided to join Axiom Capital Advisors. Mr. Barokas enjoys traveling, going to the beach and going on long hikes in the Colorado Mountains with his wife and two girls.

Eli Sasson-Bril

Eli Sasson-Bril Eli Sasson received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Florida in 2013. After graduating, Mr. Sasson started working at Banesco USA, a local Commercial Bank located in Coral Gables which currently has approximately $3B in assets, working first in the Risk/BSA department focusing on Foreign Correspondent Banking and then moving on to Credit Analysis for 3 years and then moving on to Commercial Lending. After 5 years at Banesco USA, Mr. Sasson went to work at IBERIABANK in the Private Banking department, focusing mostly on Commercial Real Estate Financing. At IBERIABANK/FIRST HORIZON Bank (Publicly Traded Bank with over $90B in assets), Mr. Sasson quickly became a top producer in the region and originated well over $150M in his 4 years working there and managed a portfolio of CRE and C&I loans. Mr. Sasson decided to leave the corporate world in November 2022 and joined AXIOM Capital Advisors, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Stefan Grosfeld

Stefan Grosfeld, attended the Kelley School of Business of Indiana University, where he earned the prestigious Dean’s Scholarship for academic achievement. Subsequently in 2019, Mr. Grosfeld received a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree with a minor in Architecture from the University of Miami. From the age of 16, Mr. Grosfeld has been continuously engaged in real estate activities, managing, and purchasing property with Gro Development. Today, Mr. Grosfeld is a full-time real estate professional engaging as Chief Operating Officer in the functions of property management, brokerage, investment analysis, and development with Triarch Investment Group and its affiliates. His responsibilities involve a portfolio of over 3 million square feet of real estate assets with a valuation in excess of one billion dollars. Through his personal investment platform, Mr. Grosfeld has purchased positions in private equity ventures, ranging from seed companies to late-stage pre-IPO companies. In 2022, Mr. Grosfeld was directly responsible for approximately $100,000,000 in real estate transactions, acting as both an advisor and a Principal.
